William is a member of the Shipping group and advises on the full range of “dry” shipping disputes (such as disputes arising under charterparties, bills of lading, contracts of affreightment, and ship management contracts) and is also experienced in “wet” shipping issues. William is also able to advise on contracts for the sale of goods, and also conducts general commercial litigation. He has been involved in a number of high-value, complex and document-heavy arbitrations and Commercial Court cases.
William joined Thomas Cooper in 2010 as a trainee solicitor. He spent 6 months in the Firm’s Athens office where he was dealing with both wet and dry shipping work. He qualified into the London office as an English solicitor in September 2012, and specialises in shipping litigation and arbitration.
